Off-cuts are the budget end of stuffing: mixed polyester hollowfibre and soft duvet-fabric remnants, carded together into a fluffy, even filling. For pet beds, draught excluders, garden kneelers and bulk cushion refills, paying virgin-fibre prices makes no sense, and this is the answer.
Carding matters as much here as in premium fill, since it's what turns remnants into a consistent, lump-free stuffing with real bounce-back. The blend complies with British fire safety regulations, and it machine washes once stuffed.

Washing & Daily Care
- Machine Wash Cold or Warm: Wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C–40°C using mild, liquid detergent to protect fabric fibers.
- Wash Like with Like: Separate light and dark colors. Wash bedding sets separately from clothing with zippers, hooks, or rough textures to prevent snagging.
- Skip Harsh Chemicals: Avoid chlorine bleach and fabric softeners. Softeners coat the fibers over time, reducing breathability and natural absorbency.
Drying & Finishing
- Tumble Dry Low: Line dry in the shade whenever possible to preserve fabric lifespan. If using a dryer, select a low-heat, delicate setting and remove promptly to minimize wrinkling.
- Ironing: Warm iron while the fabric is still slightly damp for a crisp, hotel-quality finish, or embrace natural, relaxed texture straight from the line.
Special Care for Duvets & Pillows
- Spot Clean Inserts: For duvets, mattress toppers, and pillows, spot clean small stains with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air them outdoors in indirect sunlight regularly to refresh the filling.
