Washing the dog bed cover
Unzip the cover, machine wash it at 40°C and refit it once dry. A clean cover matters most for dogs that shed or come in muddy. The cushion suits medium and large dogs, and cats claim it too.
Refilling a flattened dog bed
Years of use flatten any padded bed. Open the cushion and top it up with hollowfibre off-cuts filling from 1 to 10 kg, which comes in 1, 2, 5 and 10 kg bags from £14.83 and complies with British Fire Safety Regulations. Off-cuts filling is machine washable on a gentle cycle.
Delivery and returns on home extras
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day via Evri. Free standard UK delivery takes 2–3 business days from dispatch, and next day delivery costs £4.50. An unused, unwashed dog bed in its original condition, with original packaging where possible, is returnable within 30 days; the customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
