Bounce back pillows are the only range sold in soft, medium and firm. Hotel quality pillows give medium support for side and back sleepers, and textured pillows suit back, side and stomach sleepers. Side sleepers with broad shoulders suit a firm pillow.

Hollowfibre or duck feather filling

Hotel quality and satin stripe hollowfibre pillows spring back into shape after washing, and the quilted and textured ranges are hypoallergenic. Duck feather pillows give softer, mouldable, cool-sleeping support, and a pack of 2 weighs approximately 2.4 kg. Quilted pillows hold their 3D hollowfibre evenly in place for a plush, down-alternative feel.

Washing and protecting bed pillows

Hotel quality, satin stripe and bounce back pillows machine wash cool with a mild detergent and tumble dry low. Duck feather pillows wash in cold water and need to dry thoroughly. Fit zipped pillow protectors in microfibre or polycotton to keep pillows fresh between washes, then add cotton rich and cotton blend pillowcases.

Delivery and returns on bed pillows

Weekday orders received before 2pm leave the same working day with Evri, and free standard delivery reaches UK addresses in 2–3 business days from dispatch. Next day delivery costs £4.50. Pillows are returnable within 30 days when unused, unwashed and in their original condition, with original packaging where possible; the customer pays return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
