How to Return an Item
Email info@adamhome.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) to return.
We confirm your return and send you the return address.
Send it back unused, in original packaging, within 30 days. Postage is at your own cost.
Once checked, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days.
We aim to begin processing every return within 2 business days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging where possible. This applies to all Adam Home products — there are no hygiene-sealed exclusions.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return postage needed.
