Every order is picked, packed and dispatched from our Rochdale warehouse via Evri.
Delivery Times & Costs

These delivery times apply UK-wide. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
How We Ship
Orders are dispatched via Evri with tracking provided by email once your order leaves our warehouse. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. No tracking after 2 working days? Get in touch.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or is missing from your delivery, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund — no need to return the item first.
