Every product is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly and without fuss.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Returned in original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
- Not a discounted, sale, or promotional item
Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the sender without a refund being issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used edible salt, bath salts, or any consumable product
- Salt lamps or products that have been installed, plugged in, or used
- Items purchased on sale, at a discount, or during a promotional offer
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We cover all return and exchange shipping costs. No hassle, no cost to you whatsoever.
Exchanges welcome for a different size or colour. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, cracked, or incorrect — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund with no return shipping required on your end. Email: myadamhome@gmail.com
Return Shipping
If your item arrived in perfect condition and you've changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the credit
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship and accept returns within the United Kingdom only. We do not fulfil or process international orders at this time.
