These inserts wear a quilted polycotton cover over the usual hollowfibre core, and the difference shows at the edges: quilting holds the fill in a flat, even layer, so the cushion keeps a tailored square shape instead of ballooning in the middle.
Four sizes in packs of four, from the 30x45 cm lumbar rectangle to 50x50 cm. Unlike bare inserts, the quilted cover means these also machine wash properly rather than sponge-clean only.

Washing & Daily Care
- Machine Wash Cold or Warm: Wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C–40°C using mild, liquid detergent to protect fabric fibers.
- Wash Like with Like: Separate light and dark colors. Wash bedding sets separately from clothing with zippers, hooks, or rough textures to prevent snagging.
- Skip Harsh Chemicals: Avoid chlorine bleach and fabric softeners. Softeners coat the fibers over time, reducing breathability and natural absorbency.
Drying & Finishing
- Tumble Dry Low: Line dry in the shade whenever possible to preserve fabric lifespan. If using a dryer, select a low-heat, delicate setting and remove promptly to minimize wrinkling.
- Ironing: Warm iron while the fabric is still slightly damp for a crisp, hotel-quality finish, or embrace natural, relaxed texture straight from the line.
Special Care for Duvets & Pillows
- Spot Clean Inserts: For duvets, mattress toppers, and pillows, spot clean small stains with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air them outdoors in indirect sunlight regularly to refresh the filling.
