When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days from dispatch; next day delivery is 1 business day. Shipping policy

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is free on every order. Next day delivery is £4.50. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with original packaging where possible. Email support@adamhome.co.uk with your order number to start a return. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Refund policy

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give a full refund, and you won't pay for return postage.
